When you choose to load a wallet pass, Fairstamp may send minimum necessary data to wallet providers.

Those providers operate under their own privacy policies.

Fairstamp is not responsible for third-party data practices.

• fraud prevention
• dispute resolution
• system operation

We may retain hashes and logs indefinitely.

5. Security (No Warranty)

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

You assume the risk of electronic transmission and storage.

Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access or correction.

Deletion may be denied where retention is legally required.

The Services are not directed to children under 18.
